    The service sold

    Ridy is an online software platform (SaaS) for employee mobility. The subscription gives the client organization and its employees access to:

    • a private space reserved for the organization;
    • offering and finding carpooling rides between colleagues;
    • an admin workspace to manage employees, drivers, passengers, rides and schedules;
    • the web app and the mobile app for drivers and passengers.

    The exact scope (modules, number of employees, duration) is set out in the quote. Ridy is not a transport service and takes no payment on rides.

    Prices, currency and taxes

    • Prices are set by quote, based on the number of employees, the modules chosen and the commitment period.
    • They are stated in Tunisian dinars (TND), excluding taxes. VAT at the legal rate (currently 19 %) is added; the quote shows the amount excluding tax, the VAT and the total including tax.
    • No additional fees are charged beyond those shown on the accepted quote (for example set-up fees, if any). There are no delivery fees.
    • Use of the platform by the organization's employees is included in the subscription: Ridy charges them nothing.

    Ordering

    An order is placed when the organization accepts the quote in writing (signature or email) or pays the first invoice. Accepting the quote means accepting these terms. To request a quote: the website's contact form or hello@ridy.tn.

    Payment

    • Payment is made by bank transfer or by bank card through a secure online payment platform. Ridy never has access to your card details.
    • The subscription is billed in advance, monthly or yearly as set out in the quote. Invoices are payable on receipt unless the quote states otherwise.
    • If payment is late, access may be suspended after a reminder that remains unanswered for 15 days.

    Delivery of the service

    The service is fully digital: no physical goods are shipped. Admin access details are sent by email within 5 business days of the quote being accepted and the first payment being received, unless another date is agreed in the quote. The platform is accessed online, from a web browser and the mobile app.

    Duration, renewal and cancellation

    • The subscription runs for the period stated on the quote and renews automatically for the same period unless cancelled.
    • The organization can cancel at any time by email to hello@ridy.tn; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period if notified at least 30 days before it ends, otherwise at the end of the following period.
    • An order can be cancelled free of charge until access has been provided; any amounts already paid are then refunded in full.

    Refunds, returns and exchanges

    • As a digital service, there is no product to return. A subscription period that has started is not refundable, unless Ridy fails to meet its obligations.
    • If an order is cancelled before access is provided, or in case of double payment or a billing error, the refund is made within 14 days, using the original payment method.
    • Changing plans (exchange): the organization can ask to change its subscription (modules, number of employees) at any time. A new quote is issued and the price is adjusted pro rata for the remaining period.

    Availability and liability

    Ridy takes the necessary measures to keep the platform available, except for maintenance, announced in advance where possible. Rides are organized and made under the responsibility of the employees and under the client organization's rules; Ridy is not a party to the rides.

    Personal data

    Ridy processes employees' data on behalf of the client organization, only to provide the service, in accordance with Organic Law No. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004. See the "Privacy policy" page.

    Complaints and disputes

    Complaints can be sent to hello@ridy.tn or by post to N°16, Hammam Maarouf, 4023 Sousse, Tunisie. We reply within 10 business days. The parties first seek an amicable solution; failing that within 30 days, the dispute is brought before the competent courts of Sousse.

    Governing law

    These terms are governed by Tunisian law, including Law No. 2000-83 of 9 August 2000 on electronic exchanges and commerce.

    Changes

    These terms may be updated. The applicable version is the one in force on the date the quote is accepted; the last update date is shown at the top of this page.
