Privacy policy
This policy explains what data the ridy.tn website collects, why, and how to exercise your rights. It covers this showcase website only, not the Ridy platform used by client organizations.

Who is responsible for your data
RIDYX (Limited liability company (SARL), tax ID 1960115K), publisher of Ridy, registered office N°16, Hammam Maarouf, 4023 Sousse, Tunisie, is responsible for the data collected on this website. For any question: hello@ridy.tn.
The data we collect
- Demo or contact requests: name, work email address, organization, number of employees and, if you add one, your message.
- Ridy assistant: the questions you ask and the generated answers.
- Audience measurement: pages visited, device and browser type, where the visit came from and approximate location, through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Preferences saved in your browser: language, display theme and your conversation history with the assistant. This information stays on your device.
Why we use it
- To answer your request and arrange a demo.
- To run the assistant and answer your questions about Ridy.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it.
We do not sell your data.
Who has access
Your data is handled by the Ridy team and by the technical providers needed to run the website:
- the website host (Vercel);
- Ridy's servers (server.ridy.tn), which receive contact requests and assistant messages;
- a third-party artificial intelligence service, which generates the assistant's answers from your messages;
- Google (Analytics and Tag Manager), for audience measurement.
Transfers outside Tunisia
Some of these providers are located outside Tunisia. Your data may therefore be processed abroad by these providers, only for the purposes described above.
How long we keep it
- Demo and contact requests: 3 years from our last exchange, then deleted. If you become a client, for the duration of the contract and then the legal retention period for accounting records.
- Assistant conversations received by our servers: 12 months at most.
- Audience measurement (Google Analytics): 14 months at most.
- Data stored in your browser: until you clear it. The "Clear conversation" button deletes the assistant history.
The Ridy assistant
The assistant's answers are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain mistakes. Don't share sensitive or confidential information, or information about other people, in your questions. For any commitment, contact our team.
Your rights
Under Tunisian Organic Law No. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004 on the protection of personal data, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and object to its processing. Email us at hello@ridy.tn or write to RIDYX, N°16, Hammam Maarouf, 4023 Sousse, Tunisie. We reply within one month.
You can also file a complaint with the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (INPDP).
Changes
We may update this policy. The last update date is shown at the top of this page.
